Half-Year Resident On-Site Team Delivers Full Building Material Support for South America Residential Project

As a one-stop supplier of comprehensive construction materials including sanitary ware, tiles, PVC decorative panels and interior finishing materials, we deliver full-cycle tailored service to global real estate developers. Our ongoing large-scale residential cooperation project in South America fully showcases our premium service standard: dispatching two professional specialists to reside at the construction site for 6 consecutive months, overseeing all material delivery, quality control and installation procedures throughout the whole construction phase.
This multi-unit residential development consists of high-rise apartment towers and modern row townhouses, covering raw concrete structural construction, public corridor interior fit-out, and complete household bathroom & space finishing. The project adopts our full range of building materials: pedestal basins, bathtubs and complete sanitary ware sets, matching floor & wall tiles, as well as various texture PVC wall panels for unified community aesthetic design. To cut cross-border communication delays, avoid material mismatch errors and speed up construction progress, we arrange long-term resident staff on location for uninterrupted on-site coordination.

All-Round On-Site Supervision Covers Every Construction Link

1. Material Sample Verification & On-Site Color Matching
Before mass shipment of tiles, PVC decorative panels and sanitary ware, our on-site team collaborates closely with local architects and developers. We display hundreds of texture and color sample boards under natural outdoor lighting to compare visual effects, adjust PVC panel textures, tile color tones and sanitary ware styles in real time, to unify the modern minimalist design of all apartments and townhouses in the community.
2. Regular Design & Technical Meetings With Local Construction Teams
In the project conference room, our resident team holds weekly review meetings with local engineering supervisors. We display complete interior renderings matched with our full product line—BARANA sanitary ware series, supporting tile layouts and PVC wall panel collocation plans, explaining material parameters, installation standards and daily maintenance tips, and resolving all technical doubts of construction workers face to face.
In the material warehouse, our specialist communicates with foremen and construction crews, demonstrating sanitary ware, tile and PVC panel products, clarifying storage rules, handling precautions and standardized installation sequences to prevent product damage during transportation and construction.
3. Daily Real-Time Quality Inspection During Construction & Installation
From bare concrete high-rise buildings to finished public floor corridors, our two resident colleagues carry out daily patrol inspections. They monitor tile laying and PVC panel installation progress in public areas, inspect the integrity of every batch of sanitary ware, tiles and PVC materials upon warehouse arrival, and identify potential quality risks at the earliest stage. Any inconsistency in material size, color difference or non-standard installation will be revised immediately on-site, avoiding costly rework and construction delays for the whole residential project.
4. Instant Problem Solving With Long-Term Resident Service
Unlike short-term business trips that cause delayed cross-border communication, our six-month on-site resident service builds an instant communication channel. Local developers, supervisors and construction teams can reach our specialists anytime for material adjustment, technical guidance, supplementary order arrangement or quality feedback. Instead of waiting for time zone-crossed emails or video conferences, all on-site issues get efficient solutions within hours, greatly lifting the overall construction efficiency of this large residential complex.

Why We Offer Long-Term Resident On-Site Service for Overseas Real Estate

For cross-border residential construction projects, stable material quality and seamless construction coordination directly determine project delivery timeline and brand reputation. Most overseas material suppliers only provide pre-sale samples and remote after-sales support without continuous on-site tracking, while we break this industry limitation:
Eliminate cross-border communication barriers and time zone response delays
Standardize tile, PVC panel and sanitary ware installation for consistent community decoration effect
Control full-process quality from material warehousing to household final installation
Build long-term reliable cooperative trust with South American & Latin American real estate developers
This South America residential project includes dozens of modern townhouses and large high-rise apartment blocks, requiring thousands of sets of sanitary ware, matching tiles and PVC decorative panels for full interior finishing. Our two resident specialists will stay at the construction site for half a year, accompanying the entire decoration construction cycle. From early sample confirmation and bulk goods acceptance to final household installation inspection, our professional team provides on-site support at every critical stage.

How to Protect Mable Tiles?

It’s also best to use a wide tip nozzle that will keep the water spread out over an expanded surface. As you are cleaning, keep the nozzle as far away from the stone as you can. Otherwise, you’ll increase the likelihood of damage.

Keep your stone away from any acidic products. Lannon stone responds very poorly to acidic cleaners, like vinegar or lemon juice, and will actually start to fall apart. It’s also important to avoid placing acidic liquids, such as orange juice, onto the stone.

As a general rule, anything that you use on the stone should have a neutral pH (close to a pH of 7) and ideally be made for use on natural stone. Keep heat away from the stone.

Lannon fireplaces have a protective inner shell to protect the stone, but countertops are usually more vulnerable. Make sure to place a mat, towel, or trivet under any hot drinks or dishes before setting them on your lannon stone.

If you notice that your lannon stone appears especially powdery, that is a sign of heat damage. Many staircases have twists, turns, and extensions that require multiple landings.

How Doing a Routine Cleaning?

Sweep away and dirt or debris. Any loose dirt, debris, or dust should be swept from cement floors or walls before you begin cleaning. Use a broom to sweep the cement as clean as you can before applying a cleaner. When sweeping down a cement wall, lay down a tarp to catch loose dirt, debris, and dust.

Put on protective gear if necessary. When using chemical cleaners, such as degreasers, gloves and goggles are generally necessary. You should also wear older clothing, regardless of what kind of cleaner you’re using, as cleaning cement may get messy. Prepare a cleaning solution. Mildly dirty cement can be cleaned with mild laundry detergent diluted with warm water.

In a bucket, mix a third cup of your detergent with a gallon of water. When using degreaser, consult the label to figure out the proper degreaser to water ratio. Pour the solution on the concrete. It’s best to work in sections, especially when cleaning a large amount of cement. Pour enough of your cleaner over the cement you’re working on to get it thoroughly wet.

For very dirty concrete, allow the cleaner to sit for a few minutes before proceeding to clean it. Scrub the concrete. Use a deck brush to scrub your cleaner into the cement. Work the cleaner in until you’ve removed any troublesome layers of dirt and dust, and any obvious stains or set in dirt.

For very dirty floors, let the cleaner sit for five to ten minutes after scrubbing it once. Then, repeat the process. Rinse with a hose or pressure washer. A pressure washer is the best means to remove a cleaner from cement. These can be rented at most hardware stores. If you do not have a pressure washer, a high pressure hose can be used to rinse the cement.

How Using Baking Soda and Vinegar to Grout Between Floor Tiles?

Make a paste of baking soda and water. Mix 3 parts of baking soda to 1 part water to make a thick paste. This versatile cleaner will work with all colors of grout, but vinegar can be harmful to some natural stones tile such as marble tile or limestone.

Apply the paste to the grout lines with your finger. Although the baking soda isn’t harmful, wearing rubber gloves can help prevent scratches or irritated skin from the abrasive grout and baking soda.

Make a 1:1 solution of white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray the baking soda paste you applied with the vinegar solution. You should immediately see bubbling which lets you know the natural cleaning process has begun. Do not use vinegar if your spots tile is made of natural stone.

Wait for the solution to stop bubbling. The bubbling action is a chemical reaction between the baking soda and vinegar. The reaction generally lasts a few minutes. After the bubbling has stopped the chemical cleaning action is done. Scrub the grout lines with a brush. Use a nylon bristled scrub brush, or a toothbrush, to scrub along each grout line. Pay close attention to corners and edges to make these areas clean as well.

Mop the Tundla Tiles floor with plain water. Use a mop and plain water to remove the baking soda and vinegar residues. Rinse your mop and change the water often during the cleaning process so you do not continue to spread the residue around the common marble floor.
